Strap Gummy Company strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction. If the Strap Gummy™ or Purse Gummy™ product fails to meet your needs, you may return your like new purchase (with all pieces included) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Sorry, we cannot refund your return shipping charges. Your refund will be issued, based on your original method of payment, within 5 business days of us receiving back the product.

Every bag owner places a value, whether it be monetary or a personal value, on their individual bags. It is at the discretion of the bag owner to decide what type of risk they are willing to take in order to address the common problem of purse slippage. It would therefore be at the discretion of the bag owner to do a cost/benefit analysis of applying any adhesive to their bag strap to address the problem they are trying to solve. Furthermore, if the product is removed from the strap, applications instructions clearly state that a hair dryer should be used when removing a Purse Gummy or Strap Gummy strip in order to minimize any risk of strap damage.
